Broken Arrow, OK:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Vessel Welder 3G – MIG/Flux to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The Vessel Welder will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on pressure vessels and structural components in accordance with applicable codes, blueprints, and company standards.

• Perform 3G vertical welds using MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) processes on pressure vessels and related components
• Interpret and work from blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and pass visual and non‑destructive testing requirements
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials prior to and after welding
• Inspect completed welds to verify structural soundness and compliance with specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

• Minimum 3G welding certification in MIG and/or Flux Core required
• Proven experience welding pressure vessels or heavy structural components
• Ability to pass weld tests in 3G position (MIG/Flux Core)
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with ASME code standards preferred
• Ability to use grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
• Capable of performing repetitive motions including bending, kneeling, and overhead work
• Must be able to work in a non‑climate‑controlled industrial environment
