Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Motivated by daily and weekend overtime
- Available for 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Available for 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) with a $3/hour shift differential
- At least 10 years of machining experience
- Experience with Horizontal-Vertical lathes, Mills, and/or Mill-Turn Machines
- Ability to make program changes as needed
- Ability to read and understand engineering routing and drawings
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments
- Strong math and basic trigonometry skills
- Ability to follow complex instructions and interpret drawings and routing
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a production or manufacturing setting
- Technical degree or certification
- Tool design experience
- Experience programming and operating high-precision measurement systems

Pay Range: $30.15 - $45.23 per hour
Compensation varies based on multiple factors including experience, skills, and location.
