Walmart Stores - - Responsibilities:
Performs routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established schedules;
Inspects, cleans, repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures and documents wear and tear;
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; tracks parts and warranty claims;
Orders parts and replacement equipment; maintains records of purchases and usage;
Ensures compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart quality and safety standards
