Facility Maintenance Tech

Senior Suites is looking for a Facility Maintenance person to meet the physical needs of the community! Apply to join our team today!

Job Duties Include:

• Fixing and working on call lights (training will be provided)

• Changing light bulbs

• Fixing TV's

• Installing toiletry dispensers

• Patching and painting walls as needed

• Renovation of rooms under the guidance of our maintenance director

• Working on and fixing hospital beds (training will be provided)

• Assisting in room moves for admitting residents or room re assignment

Qualifications:

• Functional literacy in English is required

• Basic knowledge in general maintenance

• Ability to pass a back ground check

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferred

• Physical ability to lift/carry /operate equipment and supplies is necessary

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
