About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst - Inpatient to support system design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing application support within a leading healthcare environment. This role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows and deliver high-quality clinical system solutions.

- Epic Inpatient Clin Doc
- Epic Inpatient Orders
- Nice to Have
- Clinical Case Management
- Epic Implementation experience
- Stork module exposure
- Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned Epic applications
- Analyze workflows and align system functionality to operational needs
- Lead future-state workflow development and system configuration
- Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities
- Maintain documentation and implement compliant system changes
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve complex business and technical issues
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned module(s)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
