• Standard Cases, no CV or OB required.
• Blocks Preferred
• No Call Requirement

• Must have active OK license or already in process
• Will be cross-credentialed between 2 sites
• Credentialing: 60-90 Days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
