Position Summary:

Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services to patients at Senior Suites in Broken Arrow.

Description:

Full time. Monday through Friday.

Six Figure Compensation Package includes: very competitive hourly rate, health and dental benefits, PTO, reimbursed CEU and licensure renewal, flexible schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.

Position Duties:

• Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
• Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care.
• Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.
• Be able to educate patients and caregivers to be able to succeed at home after discharge from facility.
• Provide quality documentation as required.
