Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to support and expand site development, water resources, and solid waste engineering services. This role requires a self‑motivated professional who can drive business development, manage projects end‑to‑end, and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client and regulatory relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Support company growth strategies and operational improvements
- Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations
- Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion
Perform civil engineering design, analysis, and technical problem solving - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor and train junior staff
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Experience in water resources, geotechnical, site development, and/or solid waste projects
- Project management and business development experience in civil engineering
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
