We are seeking a passionate, structured, and nurturing Lead/Master Teacher for our 3-Year-Old Preschool Classroom.

Compensation: $14.50 – $17.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe, structured, and engaging preschool classroom
  • Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum with consistency and enthusiasm
  • Develop and execute weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental standards
  • Support early literacy, language development, and foundational math skills
  • Foster social-emotional growth and positive peer interactions
  • Demonstrate strong classroom leadership by maintaining clear expectations, consistent routines, and calm authority
  • Proactively manage behavior using developmentally appropriate guidance strategies
  • Support children in developing independence skills, including bathroom routines and self-care skills
  • Partner with families to ensure consistency in potty training expectations and progress
  • Conduct developmental observations and assessments
  • Communicate daily with families using our mobile app and in-person updates
  • Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers within the classroom
  • Maintain compliance with Oklahoma DHS licensing requirements
  • The Lead/Master Teacher is responsible for maintaining classroom order and ensuring children remain safely within required teacher-to-child ratios at all times
  • This role includes active participation in potty training support, including assisting children with bathroom routines and accidents in accordance with licensing and sanitation standards
Qualifications
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CDA, Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
  • Ability to meet all Oklahoma DHS licensing requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to assist children with personal care needs in accordance with licensing requirements

Employees are responsible for maintaining all required professional development through the Oklahoma Registry (OK Registry). Staff must keep their training current and in good standing at all times while employed. Required trainings and certifications may not expire during employment, and it is the employee’s responsibility to schedule and complete training as needed to remain compliant with state licensing requirements.

Employment is contingent upon maintaining eligibility to work in a licensed childcare facility.
