• 5 years' experience working on CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machining including shop math, safety, print reading and precision measurement required.
• NIMS or equivalent CNC certification preferred.
• Ability to structure training and relate concepts to adult learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Work schedule requires flexibility to work two nights per week, 6–10pm, as scheduled throughout the spring, summer, and fall semesters.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter.
• Instruct students in competency-based program curriculum using current instructional strategies appropriate to the subject matter to assure highest quality classroom instruction.
• Effectively manage the classroom to create an optimal learning environment.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, academic progress and grades as required by district policy and certification/regulatory agencies.
• Ensure syllabus, supply list and lesson plans are current prior to each class taught.
• Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e., prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.).
• Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech’s ACD program.
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management from time to time.
