Answer and manage inbound service appointment requests (phone, text, email, online, chat)
Respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes
Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
Collect and document customer and vehicle information
Confirm appointments and communicate details clearly to customers
Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems
Coordinate with service advisors and service drive staff
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; dealership or automotive experience a plus
