Service BDC Representative

Overview

The job duties for this position are as follows:

• Greeting guests
• Answering the phone
• Booking appointments
• Setting next service appointments
• Efficiently using Dealer track & Xtime scheduler while checking in new cars when needed
• Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visit
• Keeping track of the loaner car program
• Setting guests up in loaner vehicles while making sure we maximize our loaner utilization.

Salary: $20.00/hour
