In this opportunity, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day AP function, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and keeping vendor relationships running smoothly. You'll also work closely with other departments, ensuring financial operations flow seamlessly across the team.

• Process and code high-volume invoices accurately and on time

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment histories
  Maintain strong vendor relationships

• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to address any issues

• Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed

• Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and special projects

• 3+ years of recent hands-on accounts payable experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency with accounting SAP & MS Office

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
