Internet and Sales Consultant

Overview

Copeland Toyota is a family-owned dealership serving Brockton for over 50 years, and we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Internet and Sales Consultant to join our newly built call center. If you’re professional, goal-driven, and ready to grow with a stable, reputable company, we want to meet you!

• Competitive $20/hour base pay
• Weekly bonuses for appointments shown and vehicles sold (estimated yearly income $65,000-$75,000)

  • Mon-Thurs: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 hr break)
  • Fri: OFF
  • Sat: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (½ hr break)
  • Sun: OFF
• Option 2
  • Mon-Thurs: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 hr break)
  • Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hr break)
  • Sat & Sun: OFF

• Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and nurture customer interest
• Help customers select the right vehicle for their needs
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Use CRM tools and communicate effectively with internal teams
• Meet and maintain performance goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Bonus:
  Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese
