This opportunity is designed for an advisor with 5 years of experience, specifically someone who is proficient in the 403(b) market and is ready to plug into a larger ecosystem with real momentum.
Meet the Team Leader: Michael S. Rothberg, a financial professional with over 30 years of experience serving individuals and families specifically throughout South Shore, South Coast and Cape Cod areas of Massachusetts. His mission is to help clients define clear financial objectives and achieve them through thoughtful investment and planning strategies designed for both present and future needs. Over three decades, he has built a practice that serves as a lifelong resource grounded in strong relationships and trusted guidance.
A 1990 graduate of Bridgewater State College with a degree in Communications, Michael resides in Plymouth and enjoys politics, exercising, and reading.
The team consists of both operational support and additional financial advisors actively cultivating this expansive area of Massachusetts!

What You’ll Do- Expand and deepen a 403(b)‑focused advisory practice
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with educators, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit employees
- Deliver holistic financial planning beyond retirement accounts through cross‑selling strategies
- Leverage team marketing initiatives and territory development strategies
- Operate with autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative, high‑performing culture
- 5 years of sales and advisory experience required
- Demonstrated experience in 403(b) sales and servicing
- Active FINRA licenses (Series 6, 63/65 or 66);
Series 7 is a plus - Self‑starter mindset with strong relationship‑building skills
- Desire to grow within a team while maintaining entrepreneurial independence
