Registered Nurse - Patient Care Coordinator - Brockton Nights

This Registered Nurse - Patient Care Coordinator position is with the Nursing Service located at the Brockton location. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the nursing administrator on the off tours. The PCC is responsible for assisting the Nurse Managers/Charge Nurses in ensuring that the nursing needs of patients are met. The PCC functions as a role model, clinical expert and resource and provides leadership to the interdisciplinary team.
