Registered Nurse

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Registered Nurses preferably Spanish Speaking - Evening/PM Shifts for PER DIEM positions in:
Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury, Brockton, Randolph, Quincy, Weymouth.

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN.
• Hands-on nursing experience as an RN.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
• Strong interpersonal skills as an RN.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN.

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client s care needs as an RN.
• Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN.

• Competitive Pay: $35 per visit, $50 - $150 for OASIS.
