What You’ll Do

As Nurse Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide clinical support to nurses and non-clinical staff in assigned programs.
  • Supervise Assistant Nurse Directors in service area.
  • Assist with screening referrals
  • Review medical records and physician orders to ensure program compliance, updating information as needed.
  • Participate in program audits and other quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in investigations/inquiries providing content expertise and explanation of agency processes and practices.
What You Bring
  • Required:

    Active RN license (5 years) in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.
  • Preferred:
    Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Experience:

    Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).
  • Skills:

    Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.
  • Bonus:
    Multilingual or lived experience with recovery.
