Overview
Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at an apartment community in Brockton/Bridgewater, MA.
The Maintenance Technician role requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist the Service Manager with the efficient operation of the property.

- Appliance Repair
- Locks & Keys
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal
- Cleaning
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas
- Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field with a minimum of 3 years and related job experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both written and verbal
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
- On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
- Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Reliable vehicle to perform essential duties of the position
Peabody Properties offers $24/hr.
