Compensation- Entry-level Direct Care Aides (DCA): $17/hour
- Some experience: $17.25 - $18.75/hour
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): $19/hour

We are hiring 1 Direct Care Aide (DCA) to provide homecare services in Brockton. This position doesn t have much driving - only two Brockton stops and you will be able to see all your scheduled members. It s the perfect schedule and a great opportunity to start your career in the healthcare field!
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with shopping, errands, and prescription pickup
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Report to the main office and supervisors as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation (registered and insured)
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. (laundry, groceries, etc.)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and climb stairs as needed
- No certification required

- Schedules are set once created, with opportunities to expand based on availability
- Direct Care Aides typically work 45-60 minutes per member or 2-hour shifts for members who need shopping and laundry assistance
