24 hour responsibility/accountability for operation of unit(s). In collaboration with the CNO, monitors and reports trends in patient population/acuity and manages human resources accordingly. Rounds on assigned areas to assess for adherence to standards of care & practice, e.g., individualized care plans and adherence to Standards of Care.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Clinical competence with a minimum of three years’ experience in nursing. Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and professional practice issues and processes.
• Current MA RN licensure. BLS and ACLS
