Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Brockton, MA

We are seeking a dedicated COTA to join a supportive therapy team in Grants Pass, Oregon. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, restore, and maintain functional independence.

Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care

Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner

Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals

Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Active Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain

Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
