We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Medicine Physician to join our team at Brockton Hospital. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and community impact.
Team and Environment- Work with a close-knit team of 13 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers.
- Support from a dedicated site coordinator and a clinical performance nurse.
- Board-certified or eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or require H1B visa support.
- Flexible scheduling with 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotations.
- Day Hospitalists from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
Swing Physicians from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. - Responsibilities include rounding, discharges, and approximately nine admissions for swing shifts.
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and may teach residents.
- Contribute to rapid response and code teams; procedures not required.
