On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2081) role  On-Demand Team Member (TM) schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is designed for a personalized work schedule, with shifts picked up via the myTime scheduling app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Provide easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist with cash handling and related duties as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and applicable store procedures while complying with federal, state, and local laws.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active role with teamwork and flexibility; able to adapt to varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate guests about products, services, and loyalty programs.

• Effective communication, positive language, and attentiveness to guests' needs.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with attention to detail.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services; ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
