• Monitor and assess residents to ensure their clinical needs are met with the highest quality of care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Support unit operations under the direction of the Unit Manager
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to support resident care and facility goals

• Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
