The Restoration Superintendent is responsible for leading daily field operations on masonry and concrete restoration projects, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RAM Construction Services’ quality standards. As the primary on‑site leader, this role oversees field crews, coordinates with Project Managers, and maintains strong communication with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Oversee daily operations on restoration job sites, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules.
• Supervise field crews (25–75 team members) and subcontractors across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Recruit, train, and manage construction personnel while upholding RAM’s reputation for high‑quality craftsmanship.
• Conduct daily site inspections and lead safety meetings to reinforce a culture of safety.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and cost objectives, including labor, materials, and equipment, while maintaining strict quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes promptly and professionally to minimize delays and claims.
• Enforce company policies and RAM’s core values on every job site.
• Administer disciplinary or corrective actions fairly and professionally.
• Track workforce performance, coordinate tasks to maintain productivity, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Verify that all work meets contract specifications and quality standards before project completion.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
