• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
• Manage sign‑in procedures and visitor logs
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability to work as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
