• FTE - 37.5 hours per week
• Salary £27-£30k pa + Pension

Description Of The Job

We’re looking for someone with experience, a passion for ministry to young people and a heart to reach young people beyond the church community with the good news of Jesus. You will be a dynamic leader for our youth ministry. You will have experience in developing a vision, building teams, training others and delivering an exciting and fun ministry that young people want to be a part of.

This is a new paid staff role and builds on the great work of our dedicated volunteer children’s and youth teams rew’s over many years. The role will require elements of building on existing ministries and pioneering new ones both inside and outside the church in our community.
