Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches

We're Looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (SEMH/ASC experience highly valued)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Someone eager to grow as a leader within a truly supportive school community
Ability to reliably commute to Lambeth.
