Our client is a modern, forward-thinking Lettings & Property Management company that has built a strong reputation across the Bristol market over the past 7 years. They specialise exclusively in short-term, medium-term and long-term lettings
, managing a busy and fast-growing portfolio.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their fun, friendly and energetic team. This is a target-driven, client-facing role offering strong earning potential and would suit someone confident managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in.

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality lettings service while managing multiple instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing lettings properties and managing applicant enquiries
• Registering tenants and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Progressing tenancies through to successful move-in
• Generating and attending valuation appointments
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Acting as a professional brand ambassador at all times
• Supporting company events and wider business activity

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Estate Agency role
• Proven experience conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform well in a target-driven environment
• Organised, proactive and able to manage pressure
• Motivated by commission and career progression
• Professional, reliable and team-oriented

• £30,000–£35,000 realistic OTE
