Our client is a modern, forward-thinking Lettings and Property Management company that has built an impressive reputation over the last 7 years. They specialise exclusively in short-term, medium-term and long-term lettings
, managing a substantial and fast-paced portfolio across the Bristol area.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their energetic, professional and customer-focused team. This is a hands-on, portfolio-heavy role and would suit someone confident working in a busy lettings environment with minimal supervision.
The Role – Property ManagerAs a Property Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties
, ensuring compliance, strong landlord relationships and an excellent tenant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing rent arrears
, payment queries and follow-upsHandling tenancy deposits
, check-outs and deposit disputesCoordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
Ensuring full compliance with current tenancy legislation and regulations
Managing disputes and applying sound knowledge of tenancy law
Liaising confidently with landlords, tenants and contractors
Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
Conducting property viewings when required
Ensuring company policies, service standards and legal requirements are met
This role requires someone who is organised, analytical and detail-driven
, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Property Manager or Lettings role (essential)
Strong knowledge of UK tenancy law, compliance and dispute management
Confident communicator with landlords and tenants
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer-service focused and professional at all times
Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
Computer literate and confident using property management systems
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
