In the role of Workshop Operative you'll play an key role in the smooth and efficient running of the Depot. It will be your job to prepare the equipment to ensure that it is clean and ready for customers to hire.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and preparing equipment
• Checking and storing off-hired equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe yard, workshop and storage areas
• Liaising with customers on a day to day basis when loading and unloading job
• Building Orders For Customers Within Agreed Deadlines
• Required from time to time to make deliveries and collections from Customer Sites
• Use of depot Telehandler

What you will need to bring to the role from day one:

• The physical fitness required to undertake your daily tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team and to complete job duties on time
• Good level of Customer Service
• Willing to undertake relevant training and development
• Commitment to health and safety - Knowledge of PPE requirements and COSHH is an advantage
• FLT Licence
