, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Bristol, Indiana operations. This is a rare opportunity for a hands‑on, strategic leader to take full ownership of a high‑impact manufacturing and contract packaging operation, influencing everything from safety and culture to profitability and customer growth.

As General Manager, you will serve as the senior leader on site, with end‑to‑end responsibility for operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. You’ll lead diverse teams across production, quality, safety, logistics, HR, customer service, and finance, setting direction, developing talent, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• People & Culture: Inspire, coach, and develop leaders and teams across the organization. Foster a safe, engaged, and high‑performing workplace where expectations are clear and people are empowered.
• Operational Excellence: Drive productivity, quality, uptime, and efficiency across corrugated packaging and contract packaging operations through strong metrics, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
• Strategy & Growth: Partner with sales and customers to understand market needs, identify opportunities, and grow profitable business, including value‑added solutions.
• Financial Performance: Own the P&L. Develop budgets, manage costs, improve margins, and implement company‑wide cost‑saving initiatives.
• Safety & Quality Leadership: Set the standard for safety, compliance, and quality, ensuring employees go home safe every day and customer commitments are consistently met.
• Customer & Partner Relationships: Serve as a trusted leader for key customers and partners, resolving issues decisively and strengthening long‑term relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, or finance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, decision‑making, and people leadership skills.
• Calm, confident leadership style, especially in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel occasionally as needed.
