Peripatetic Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead: travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help deliver high-quality care and service. You'll take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring resident's needs are met, standards are maintained, and the team is motivated.

• Travel across your region to manage and develop teams in various care homes and help deliver high-quality care and service.
• Work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that make sure residents' needs are met.
• Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager; help with everything from care standards to motivating your team.
• Inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
• Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
• Experience in a nursing home setting; evidence of continual professional development; experience managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• Some HR experience; knowledge of sales and marketing; understanding of budget management; track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
• Compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care; willing to travel.
