A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment Manager within the Technical sector, an exceptional opportunity to manage a high performing team.

You will be managing the Technical team. The team is a high performing team, outperforming all expected fee levels and is in a period of growth relating to headcount. You will take on people management responsibility straight away, and will manage the recruitment process for some of the most high profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front in this desk-based management role, helping to train and mentor other less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team.

You will be a highly ambitious, successful, and experienced individual (Manager or above) seeking an opportunity to make the next move forward in your career, motivating, leading, and growing a team. You will be a talented recruitment manager with a proven ability in a very competitive sector. You’ll possess the determination to drive the expansion of this specialism, inspire your team, and support your colleagues’ development into successful recruitment consultants and managers.

Educated to A-level standard

You will be part of a great team with a strong team and work ethic. You’ll also be supported by some of the very best Senior Managers and Directors in the business.
