Job OverviewThe West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join the Analysis and Evaluation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate evaluator to lead the design and delivery of robust, meaningful evaluations across our Transport Directorate.
Key Responsibilities- Be an expert in evaluation and lead evaluation work in the area of transport and infrastructure, strengthening practices.
- Develop excellent stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Manage a significant portfolio of programme and project evaluations for our transport schemes.
- Pro‑actively support the organisation to learn from evaluation and take action.
- Synthesise evaluation insights and communicate these to a range of audiences.
