You will lead on complex and high-value clean energy and construction matters, including:

• Advising on major renewable energy and infrastructure projects (solar, wind, biomass, and other clean technologies)
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements, and funding arrangements
• Handling contentious and non-contentious construction matters
• Acting for developers, contractors, investors, and funders in clean energy projects
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Supervising junior lawyers and driving business development initiatives at a senior level
