We are looking for an experienced Client Partner with deep Automotive sector expertise to own and expand a multi-million-pound portfolio of automotive clients. You bring
10+of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will act as the strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior automotive stakeholders—developing long‑term relationships, driving account growth, orchestrating complex multi‑disciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional work across digital experience, commerce, data/AI and enterprise transformation.
You will play a critical role in shaping Valtech’s continued expansion within the automotive industry, leveraging your network, domain expertise and commercial acumen to unlock new opportunities and create impactful, multi‑year client engagements.
Success will include year on year revenue growth, strengthening key executive relationships, and shaping a long‑term transformation roadmap for priority accounts.
Strategic Client Leadership
- Build, nurture and elevate relationships with senior automotive stakeholders, including C‑suite leaders, transformation directors and heads of digital/commerce.
- Act as the senior strategic partner and trusted advisor for key client relationships, providing clear, strategic direction and helping clients navigate digital, technology and organisational transformation.
- Interpret complex client challenges and shape future‑facing digital roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Valtech’s capabilities across experience, commerce, data &AI and enterprise transformation.
- Lead executive‑level governance, steer‑co forums and high‑stakes conversations with clarity and authority.
Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own the commercial performance of your automotive account portfolio—forecasting, revenue management, profitability and long‑term planning.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts, including multi‑year programmes and cross‑disciplinary propositions.
- Lead and influence new business opportunities by shaping compelling proposals, win strategies, and executive‑level presentations.
- Work with Marketing, Business Development and the Automotive Vertical leadership to strengthen Valtech’s presence in the automotive market.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Own and lead account strategy planning—defining priorities, shaping vision and aligning cross‑functional teams behind a shared roadmap.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, technology, data and engineering teams to craft solutions that drive measurable business impact for automotive clients.
- Connect the right talent to the right challenges, working within a global matrix environment to bring together best‑in‑class expertise.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with delivery leadership to ensure programmes are successfully shaped, mobilised and governed. Anticipating risks, designing governance models and ensuring strategic alignment across complex, multi‑workstream engagements.
Delivery Partnership & Quality
- Work in close partnership with delivery leads to ensure high‑quality execution across all engagements.
- Provide guidance and escalation support as needed to guarantee client satisfaction and successful programme outcomes.
- Champion a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and shared ownership across your multidisciplinary teams.
