Long Term Care Account Specialist - Bristol, VA

• Drive education, access, and adoption of products within post-acute and long-term care settings
• Create and implement strategies to penetrate the psychiatric and movement disorder marketplace
• Establish and maintain communication with co-workers and cross-functional partners
• Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the long-term care environment
• Navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers to ensure successful therapy initiation

• BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
• Strong sales and account management skills with exceptional communication abilities
• Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement in specialty pharma or biotech
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
• Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Experience in long-term care, institutional, or organized customer settings
• Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
• Familiarity with Cover My Meds  and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use in skilled nursing facilities
