Join our dynamic Annual Reviewing Team in Bristol as a Social Work Assistant Team Manager and help drive meaningful outcomes under the Care Act for adults with varying support needs. This full-time ongoing locum opportunity is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring high-quality care reviews across adult services.

• Supervise and manage a team of four Social Care Practitioners and one administrator
  .
• Sign off and oversee Care Act Reviews and assessments for older adults
  , and individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  .
• Support staff with mental capacity assessments
  , providing guidance and case direction.
• Build connections with third sector organisations to enhance outcomes for service users.
• Lead a one-day-a-week duty rota for the Learning Disability Service, managing new referrals, package queries, and safeguarding triage.
• Drive targeted project work to improve reviewing outcomes across key service user groups.
