Behavior Technician

Spring Health Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is looking for a Behavior Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral therapy in home or community settings. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, evidence‑based team.

Schedule:

Part‑time, 3:30‑7:30 pm, 3 days per week. Our therapy team implements customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations. If you are motivated to help clients improve their quality of life, we encourage you to apply.

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide accurate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understand and adhere to company’s policy and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient‑related information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED, plus a minimum of six months prior experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a health care setting.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.

USD $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
