Care Assistant

Overview

Trident Healthcare are looking for Care Assistants, you will support the running of the overall care team and work with others across the shift to ensure continuity of services to our residents. You will create a welcoming, supportive and stimulating environment and build relationships with both residents and their families.

As a leading healthcare group, we run care homes, health center, dental center and hospitals all over the world. Their purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world.

• Supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, hygiene keeping, housekeeping, mealtimes and undertake manual handling duties as required.
• Access and update confidential records using a computer.
• Maintain a time schedule of medication intake.
• Making sure everything is safe and clean.
• Maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of those we support.
• Helping residents do administrative tasks like paying bills, going shop for food.
• Reporting:
  Manager, Nurse or senior staff on duty

Our client has a mixture of hours that range depending on the needs of the wards. We tend to see requirements for either Long days or Nights.

• All applicants must have Right to Work in the UK already in place.
