Element are pleased to be recruiting exclusively for a Management Accountant role in Bristol for a growing client. You'll be working in tandem with the finance director to ensure continuous improvement of the finance function across the group of companies.
Role & Responsibilities- Monthly Management accounts, with subsequent analysis reported to senior leadership.
- Business partnering with non finance stakeholders
- Group Consolidation reporting
- Prepayments & Accruals
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Deputisation for senior members of finance on an ad hoc basis
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Demonstrated Management Accounts experience
- Experience of Sage 200 would be desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent with Microsoft office
- Able to work effectively as part of a growing team within a busy environment
