An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a market-leading Real Estate Finance team in Bristol, focusing on high-value, complex transactions across a variety of asset classes. This is an ideal role for a Real Estate Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE who is looking to progress their career in a dynamic, progressive environment.
Role OverviewThe role will primarily focus on Real Estate Finance matters, including portfolio transactions, single asset deals, and development financing, with particular emphasis on sectors like Living (BTR and PBSA) and Logistics. As part of a broader Real Estate team, you'll have the opportunity to work on non-finance matters, including the acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate closely with banking, tax, corporate finance, and planning specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Real Estate Finance
:
Advise on portfolio transactions, development financing, and high-value single asset deals. - Collaboration
:
Work closely with professionals from various disciplines (banking, tax, corporate finance) to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients. - Client Interaction
:
Manage relationships with lenders, borrowers, real estate debt funds, and other key stakeholders. - Business Development
:
Contribute to business development efforts and support the firm's strategic growth in real estate finance. - Exposure to Non-Finance
:
Work on acquisitions, disposals, and other non-finance matters related to real estate portfolios.
- 5+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance, with proven experience in handling complex transactions across multiple asset classes.
- A deep understanding of Living sectors (including Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) and Logistics.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, with the ability to manage high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals.
- Ambitious, with a desire to build a career in real estate finance and take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
- Ability to manage client relationships, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to business development.
