A growing SME in Virginia is seeking an interim qualified Financial Controller to manage the finance function during a permanent search. The role encompasses full ownership of financial reporting, cashflow management, and budgeting while improving financial processes. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with experience in an SME environment, who can engage with non-financial stakeholders and provide strategic insight.

This position requires on-site work, ideally 3-4 days a week, with compensation on a day rate basis.
