Our Operations team plays a central role in the business, placing the client at the heart of every interaction while serving as the first line of defence against money laundering activities.
Working alongside the Financial Crime Advisory and AML Screening Teams, we are responsible for KYC (Know Your Client) procedures, carrying out CDD (Customer Due Diligence) protocols to verify/reverify individual clients and entities. By utilising internal systems, our operations team ensures strict adherence to regulatory compliance. Our colleagues pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in all our processes.

- Processing client AML documents with accuracy and care.
- Assisting with the onboarding and verification of clients.
- Facilitating the verification of individual clients and complex entities
- Acting as an intermediary between clients and HLs second line of defence (Financial Crime Compliance)
- Understanding and adhering to the relevant policies, controls, regulatory rules such as CDD.
- Communicating with our Clients in a variety of ways depending on preference, such as via letter, email or secure message.
- Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and HL.
- Recognising and escalating appropriately where there is an issue or concern.
- Supporting the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.
- Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
- Displays exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in financial services, customer services or administrative role.
- Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
- Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
- Highly computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A strong desire to learn and have a holistic understanding of a process or issue.
- Proven track record in concern for and adherence to regulatory requirement
- Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
