Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UK’s best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
What will you bring to the role?- Have you got experience in preparing and cooking fresh food in a kitchen environment?
- Have you got experience in working in a front of house restaurant environment?
- NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience within a high‑end establishment (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie)
- Experience of preparing, cooking and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
- Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self‑motivation skills
- Ability to working autonomously
