Join Our Leading Healthcare Team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician

Are you a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician seeking an impactful opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate specialist to provide expert clinical services and support the advancement of our oncology department. This is a rewarding role where your expertise will directly improve the lives of adult patients with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Required Skills

Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology

Valid Virginia State Medical License

DEA Certification for Virginia

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience

Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically Epic and Beacon

Strong diagnostic and patient management skills in oncology and hematology

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with solid tumor treatments and malignant hematology cases

Familiarity with clinical procedures associated with hematology/oncology

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting

Multilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree

At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in Hematology/Oncology

Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital or specialty clinic setting

Other Requirements

Virginia licensure for medical practice

Willingness to support clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Participation in on-site clinical activities and support staff collaboration

Emergency privileges requested; no licensure licensing obligations in advance

All billable expenses related to licensing, certification, and travel will be reimbursed as applicable
