Your role involves leading design on major projects, ensuring exceptional quality and user-centric solutions that resonate with both users and clients. Skills and Competencies

Professional

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/product design, with a well-rounded skill set and the ability to tackle diverse projects.

Technical

Skills:

High-level of proficiency in Figma with strong experience implementing design systems. Knowledge of a variety of research techniques and the ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions. Able to deliver pixel-perfect user-interface and motion design.

Strategic Thinking:
Understanding of the UX process and the ability to lead projects with strategic insight, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade stakeholders.

Adaptability:
Flexibility in handling various project types, from service design to interface design, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

Leadership:
Confidence in taking ownership of projects, guiding junior team members, and driving projects to successful completion.

Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset, with a track record of innovative design solutions and a desire to push boundaries and explore new ideas. Has embedded AI in design process.

• Eligible for UK security clearance (bonus points if you already hold it) (eligibility will be based on having lived in the UK for over 5 years)
• Experience with GDS projects and/or service design.
• Background in psychology or human-centred design.
• Experience in an agency setting, with a strong understanding of client management.
