Content and Creative Manager – maternity

This is a brilliant 12-month contract opportunity for a creative, content-driven marketer (to be based in North Bristol on a hybrid basis) who knows how to help steer a brand with confidence.

Sitting at the heart of our client’s marketing team (reporting to a Marketing Director), you’ll take ownership of content strategy and creative direction across print, digital and email. You’ll work closely with external agencies, ensuring their strategies stay true to the brand, while managing the internal execution of projects alongside designers, a copywriter and a social media Executive.

Content is central to this role. You’ll lead creative briefing and direction across website pages, email journeys, paid media and print, using clear feedback, strong judgement and the occasional wireframe to bring ideas to life. You’ll oversee and refine content across social, SEO and web, making sure everything is consistent, customer-focused and delivered to a high standard.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for agencies, briefing new initiatives, reviewing output and guiding work to ensure quality and brand alignment. Internally, you’ll support a small team and take responsibility for maintaining creative standards and delivery timelines on larger projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving what already exists. You’ll use performance insight and instinct to optimise creative assets, refresh evergreen content and continuously raise the bar across copy and design. You’ll be comfortable working in Figma as a core tool, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
